Jul 19,  · I just watched the documentary "Runnin Down A Dream" about Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and here are some of my thoughts. First let me say that I was only aware of some of his hits and never heard much of his "pre-MTV" music. - This is, in my opinion, how a documentary should be. This might even be one of the best ones I have ever seen! Brilliant!
